Role Description The Head of Design will lead the overall design vision and execution across Ninecamp’s food and beverage brands, ensuring a consistent and high-quality aesthetic in product, spaces, and communication. This full-time, on-site role in Delhi, India involves managing and mentoring the design team, setting design standards, and collaborating closely with brand, marketing, operations, and product teams.

Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing visual identities, guiding product and packaging design, directing interior and spatial design for dining experiences, and ensuring design aligns with business and consumer objectives. The Head of Design will review and approve key design deliverables, coordinate with external agencies and vendors, and continuously refine design systems based on feedback and performance.



The role also includes staying informed about industry trends and incorporating innovative design practices into Ninecamp’s brands.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Design Management skills, including leading multidisciplinary design teams and overseeing end-to-end design processes.
- Candidates should possess Visual Design and Branding skills to create cohesive brand identities, visual systems, and communication assets.
- Candidates should possess Product Design skills to shape packaging, consumer touchpoints, and experiential elements that reflect brand values.
- Candidates should possess Interior Design skills to conceptualize and refine dining spaces that deliver premium, experiential environments.
- Extensive experience (typically 8+ years) in design leadership roles, preferably in hospitality, food and beverage, consumer products, or lifestyle brands.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools and software, with a strong portfolio demonstrating strategic and hands-on design work.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
- Ability to work in office in Delhi, India and coordinate across functions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Architecture, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
