ROLE OVERVIEW

Lead construction, refurbishment and maintenance projects across a growing multi-brand store network in Ghana and future West African markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead new store construction and refurbishment projects from design to completion.

Manage project budgets, timelines, contractors and quality standards.

Establish maintenance systems and oversee the multi-site maintenance function.

Build contractor and supplier networks across current and new markets.

Lead project, site supervision and maintenance teams.

REQUIREMENTS





10+ years’ experience in construction or project management, preferably in retail, QSR or hospitality.

Proven experience managing multiple projects and multi-site maintenance.

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture or related field.

Robust budgeting, contractor management and commercial skills.

West Africa or multi-market experience is an advantage.

- Strong leadership, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
