ISBR is looking for an experienced and result-oriented skilled to join our team as Head of Admissions – Engineering Program at our Bengaluru campus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee the end-to-end admissions process for the Engineering Program, ensuring the achievement of enrolment targets.
- Develop and implement effective admission strategies to drive student recruitment and increase conversions.
- Manage the complete admission funnel, from lead generation and counselling to application processing and final enrolment.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the admissions team to ensure operational efficiency and target achievement.
- Establish and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, educational consultants, and other relevant stakeholders to expand the student recruitment network.
- Plan and execute admission campaigns, outreach activities, education fairs, and promotional events.
- Monitor admission leads, conversion ratios, enrolment trends,



and team performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective student recruitment initiatives.
- Ensure a smooth and seamless admission experience for prospective students and their parents.
- Prepare regular admission reports, track performance against targets, and provide updates to senior management.

Candidate Requirements:

- Relevant experience in admissions, preferably in engineering or higher education.
- Proven experience in managing admission teams and achieving enrolment targets.
- Strong understanding of student recruitment, admission processes, and lead conversion strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to develop and execute effective admission strategies.
