We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Head Data & Analytics Practice . The role will involve P&L; ownership, revenue growth, customer management, technology leadership, pre-sales, delivery, and people management.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Data & Analytics, Data Engineering, Enterprise Data Management, Cloud Data Platforms, AI/ML, and modern data architecture.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the P&L;, revenue, profitability, and growth of the Data & Analytics practice.
- Identify new business opportunities with existing and new customers.
- Build and develop differentiated Data & Analytics offerings.
- Drive the overall practice strategy and expansion.
- Manage relationships with key customers and senior stakeholders.
- Understand customer business requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.
- Provide technical direction across Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, Cloud Data Platforms, and Enterprise Data Management.
- Guide teams on architecture, solution design, and technology best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging data and AI technologies.
- Lead pre-sales, solutioning, proposals, RFPs, estimations, and client presentations.




- Work closely with Sales teams to convert opportunities into business.
- Participate in commercial discussions and strategic customer engagements.
- Lead and mentor a 100+ member Data & Analytics team.
- Build strong second-line leadership.
- Drive hiring, performance management, capability development, and employee engagement.
- Create a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning.

Candidate Profile

- 20+ years of experience in Data & Analytics, Data Engineering, or Enterprise Data Management.
- Proven experience in practice leadership and P&L; management.
- Experience managing large teams, preferably 100+ professionals.
- Strong knowledge of Azure, AWS, and/or GCP.
- Good understanding of Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Analytics, and AI/ML.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and CXO-level stakeholders.
- Strong experience in business development, pre-sales, solutioning, and RFPs.
- Robust business acumen with the ability to balance growth, delivery, and profitability.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
