Role Description The HEAD ADMINISTRATION HEAD Retail, Online and Digital Business role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tamil Nadu, India. This role is responsible for overseeing administrative operations across retail showrooms, as well as the online and digital business functions, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing store-level administration, coordinating with finance and operations teams, monitoring budgets and expenditures, and overseeing invoicing and accounting processes.





The role also involves analyzing business performance, implementing process improvements, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting strategic initiatives in retail and e-commerce. The individual will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, maintain accurate records, and support sustainable growth in both physical and digital channels.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor performance, and support decision-making.
- Solid Finance and Budgeting skills to plan, control, and optimize expenditures and resources.
- Practical Accounting and Invoicing skills
- Experience in retail administration, store operations, and multi-location coordination is beneficial.
- Exposure to online and digital business operations, including e-commerce workflows and reporting, is preferred.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and collaborate across departments.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is advantageous.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or retail management software and proficiency in standard office productivity tools is desirable.
