Head – Contracting | Hyderabad

We are partnering with a leading group to identify a Head – Contracting to lead contracting governance for high-value and critical contracts across the business.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead contracting standards, governance and risk frameworks for critical contracts
- Own clause libraries, templates, drafting guidelines and negotiation playbooks
- Advise business and negotiation teams on contractual risk, positions and fallback options
- Drive contract lifecycle governance through CLM and ensure effective tracking of key obligations
- Oversee post-award contract performance, including variations, claims, LDs, EOTs and contractual remedies
- Work closely with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Projects, Operations and Business teams
- Translate contract learnings and disputes into stronger contracting standards and processes

We are looking for:





- 12–15 years of experience across Contracts
- Solid experience in infrastructure, airports, energy, land development or similar complex project environments
- Significant exposure to EPC / project / commercial contracts
- Experience in contract governance, risk assessment and complex negotiations
- Strong understanding of claims, variations, LDs, contractual obligations and post-award management
- LLB/LLM preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
