Who We're Looking For
Redington is looking for an experienced Demand Generation Team Leader to lead and scale a high-performance demand generation and inside-sales operation comprising 50–100+ ISRs, supporting leading technology OEMs and differentiated IT practices.
This is a people, process and business operations leadership role responsible for building a disciplined, metrics-driven demand generation engine that consistently delivers high-quality MQLs and SQLs, improves conversion across the funnel, and generates measurable ROI for Redington and its technology partners.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in IT/ITES, SaaS, Cloud, Hardware and technology-led demand generation, combined with proven expertise in large-team management, process excellence, forecasting, performance management and stakeholder engagement.
Your Role
- Demand Generation Operations Leadership
- Lead and manage a 50–100+ member demand generation / ISR organization working across multiple technology OEMs, products and IT practices.
- Own the overall day-to-day operations, productivity, performance and delivery of the demand generation function.
- Establish a high-performance operating rhythm across daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly activities.
- Ensure disciplined execution of calling, lead follow-up, qualification, nurturing and lead handover processes.
- Drive consistent achievement of MQL, SQL and other agreed demand-generation KPIs.
- People &
- Performance Management
- Build, coach, develop and motivate a large inside-sales/demand-generation team.
- Establish clear performance standards, productivity benchmarks, SLAs and operating norms.
- Ensure effective manpower planning, allocation of resources and achievement of individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective actions wherever required.
- Identify capability gaps and drive structured training, coaching and knowledge-building programs.
- Create a culture of accountability, ownership, process discipline and continuous improvement.

- Governance
- Design, document and implement robust demand generation processes, SOPs, governance frameworks and operating models.
- Bring a Six Sigma / process excellence mindset to demand generation operations.
- Establish standardized processes for lead management, qualification, routing, follow-up, reporting and closure tracking.
- Continuously identify process gaps, eliminate inefficiencies and improve productivity and conversion.
- Ensure adherence to defined operating norms, quality standards and customer/OEM requirements.

- Business Outcomes
- Take ownership of the complete demand generation funnel — from lead creation and MQL qualification through SQL creation, sales acceptance and closure tracking.
- Monitor top, middle and bottom funnel performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with sales leadership to improve lead acceptance, conversion and revenue contribution.
- Build mechanisms to track and demonstrate ROI from demand generation investments and campaigns.
- Ensure that lead quality, velocity and conversion remain aligned with business expectations.
- OEM, Partner &
- Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key interface between Redington leadership, marketing, sales teams, technology OEMs and channel partners.
- Work with OEMs and technology partners to understand campaign objectives, target segments, propositions and lead-generation requirements.
- Collaborate with channel partners and sales teams to create effective lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-closure journeys.
- Drive regular business reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure transparency on campaign performance, funnel movement, challenges and outcomes.
- Planning, Forecasting &
- Target Management
- Partner with the Head of Marketing / Head of Demand Generation to develop business plans, targets, capacity plans and forecasts.
- Translate business objectives into actionable team-level targets and operating plans.
- Develop daily, monthly and quarterly plans covering volumes, productivity, staffing and expected outcomes.
- Track performance against plan and proactively manage deviations.
- Provide accurate forecasts and early visibility of risks and opportunities.
- Technology, Analytics &
- Best Practices
- Drive adoption of best-in-class CRM, dialer, analytics, workflow and demand-generation technologies.
- Leverage data and analytics to improve productivity, lead quality, conversion and team performance.
- Establish dashboards and MIS covering key operational and business metrics.
- Benchmark processes against industry best practices and continuously introduce improvements.
- Build a data-driven operating culture where decisions are based on measurable performance.
- Business Expansion
- Take responsibility not only for delivering existing demand-generation programs but also for expanding Redington's demand generation footprint.
- Identify opportunities to onboard additional technology companies, OEMs,
products and IT practices.
- Develop scalable operating models that can support growth in volumes, customers and technology portfolios.
- Partner with business and marketing leadership to demonstrate the capability and commercial value of Redington's demand generation engine.

You're The Right Fit If
- 10+ years of experience in inside sales, demand generation, tele-sales, lead generation or IT/ITES operations, with significant experience managing large teams.
- Proven experience managing 50–100+ member teams, preferably in a B2B technology environment.
- Strong understanding of SaaS, Cloud, Hardware, Cybersecurity, Enterprise IT, Networking or other technology products/services.
- Demonstrated experience managing high-volume lead-generation and qualification operations.
- Strong understanding of MQL, SQL, pipeline generation, lead qualification and sales conversion processes.
- Experience creating RFQs, proposals, SOPs, process documents and operating frameworks.
- Six Sigma certification or demonstrated experience applying process excellence / continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
- Strong analytical and MIS/reporting capabilities.
- Experience working with senior leadership, sales, marketing, OEMs and channel partners.
- Strong communication, stakeholder-management and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, process-oriented and comfortable operating in a target-driven environment.
- Strong commercial orientation with the ability to connect operational metrics to business outcomes and ROI.
