One Tree is a community café in Pimple Saudagar, Pune - a space built around conscious food, honest coffee, and genuine human connection.
We are looking for a Head Chef who cares deeply about what goes on the plate. Someone who sees food not just as a job, but as a way to make people feel nourished, welcome, and cared for.
What we're looking for
- A genuine passion for conscious, wholesome cooking
- Someone who takes ownership of the kitchen - quality, consistency, and creativity
- Ability to build and lead a small kitchen team with warmth and accountability
- Openness to collaborating on menu development and recent ideas
- A person who wants to build something, not just execute instructions
