Profile : 7–12+ years in business process automation, ERP/CRM implementation, workflow systems, and project management.

Responsibility

Study every department's workflow, identify repetitive/manual processes, design SOPs and approval matrices, select or develop software, integrate systems or applications like WhatsApp/email/ERP/HRMS or any other tools suitable, build management dashboards, and ensure employees understand and adopt the system.

Technical support

Under this person, you can hire or outsource a Full-Stack Developer / Automation Engineer and, if needed, an ERP/CRM Specialist.

Note:A non-HR profile required for company-wide automation need someone who understands multi-business processes(diversified group) + technology + implementation.

Pay: ₹493,283.26 - ₹600,000.00 per year
