- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Monitor and optimise cash flow and liquidity ; fundraising.
- Oversee the company's treasury operations and banking transactions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
- Prepare and review reports on financial performance and forecasts.
- Develop strategies to minimise financial risks.
- Coordinate with internal teams on funding requirements.
- Lead negotiations for loans and credit facilities.

Profile We're Looking For Someone Who Has

- Qualified CA with minimum 11 years of experience (MANDATORY)




- A strong background in banking and treasury management.
- Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Confidence in handling banking relationships and financial negotiations.
- Ability to work with financial systems and tools.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
