About Spiky

Spiky is a kids’ watch brand offering a range of watches including analog watches, digital watches, analog-digital watches, and smartwatches.

We are looking for an experienced and highly proactive Head – Kiosk to build and manage Spiky's kiosk presence across high-footfall locations such as airports, malls, metro stations, exhibitions, events, and other suitable retail locations .

Key Responsibilities

Kiosk Expansion & Location

- Identify potential high-footfall locations for Spiky kiosks.
- Explore opportunities across airports, malls, metro stations, exhibitions, events, and other relevant locations.
- Evaluate locations based on footfall, customer profile, visibility, commercial viability, and sales potential.
- Develop and maintain relationships with mall, airport, metro, and other property management teams.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities and property teams for kiosk approvals and permissions.
- Negotiate commercial terms, rentals, deposits, and other applicable charges.
- Prepare location proposals and business cases for new kiosks.

Kiosk Setup

- Take complete ownership of the kiosk setup process from approval to launch.
- Coordinate kiosk design, fabrication, branding, signage, lighting, electrical requirements, and other setup requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, property management, and internal teams.
- Ensure the kiosk is completed and operational within the agreed timeline.
- Ensure the kiosk follows Spiky's branding and presentation standards.

Operations





- Oversee the day-to-day functioning of all Spiky kiosks.
- Ensure proper product availability and display.
- Coordinate stock movement and replenishment.
- Monitor sales and operational performance.
- Ensure kiosks maintain the required visual and brand standards.
- Identify operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with the relevant internal teams to ensure smooth kiosk operations.

Sales & Business Growth

- Develop plans to achieve sales targets across kiosks.
- Monitor sales performance by location.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales and conversion.
- Evaluate the performance of each kiosk and take corrective actions where required.
- Identify new opportunities for expansion based on business performance.

Team & Vendor Coordination

- Coordinate with kiosk staff and ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in hiring and onboarding kiosk staff, where required.
- Ensure staff are trained on Spiky products, customer handling, and sales processes.
- Manage relationships with kiosk vendors, fabricators, contractors, and other external partners.
- Ensure vendors deliver work within agreed timelines and standards.

Candidate Profile We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in kiosk retail, mall retail, airport retail, metro retail, exhibitions, or similar high-footfall retail formats .

The candidate should have

- Solid experience in setting up and managing kiosks.
- Experience dealing with malls, airports, metro authorities, or similar property operators.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
