Role Overview

MovieMax is looking for an experienced Head Food & Beverage to lead and scale the F&B; business across its multiplex network. The role will be responsible for driving revenue, profitability, product innovation, operational excellence, food quality, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the overall F&B; strategy, business plan, and growth agenda for MovieMax.

- Own F&B; P&L;, revenue, margins, food cost, SPH, ATP, and profitability.

- Drive menu strategy, product development, pricing, menu engineering, and new product launches.

- Ensure consistency in product quality, taste, presentation, portioning, and customer experience across locations.

- Lead F&B; operations, including production / central kitchen, cinema kitchens, counters, and service standards.

- Drive food cost optimisation, inventory control, yield improvement, and wastage reduction.

- Partner with Procurement and Supply Chain to build an efficient vendor and sourcing ecosystem.

- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, food safety, hygiene, quality, and statutory requirements.

- Develop and implement SOPs, processes,



and performance standards across all locations.

- Work closely with Operations, Projects, Procurement, Finance, and Marketing teams to deliver business objectives.

- Lead F&B; planning and execution for new cinema launches and expansion projects.

- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing F&B; team across corporate and cinema operations.

- Identify new revenue streams, partnerships, premium offerings, and innovative F&B; concepts.

Candidate Profile

- 15+ years of experience in F&B; leadership roles.

- Experience in Multiplex / QSR / Hospitality / Food Retail / Food Service / Central Kitchen environments preferred.

- Proven experience managing multi-unit F&B; operations and P&L;.

- Robust understanding of F&B; commercialisation, menu engineering, food cost, procurement, and operations.

- Strong business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.

- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and execution skills.
