We are looking for an IT Support & Hardware/Network Engineer to manage and maintain our company's IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities: Maintain and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers and other IT hardware. Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows, software and applications. Manage and maintain company servers , including regular monitoring, backups and troubleshooting.

Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches and other network equipment. Troubleshoot network, internet and connectivity issues. Manage user accounts, system access and email-related issues. Perform regular preventive maintenance of computers, servers and network equipment.

Ensure data backup and basic IT security practices. Coordinate with external IT/service vendors whenever required. Maintain records of IT assets, systems and equipment.

Requirements: Experience in IT support, hardware, networking and server maintenance. Positive knowledge of Windows, LAN/WAN, routers, switches and servers. Ability to independently troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues. Relevant IT/Computer qualification or equivalent practical experience.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred. Freshers with strong practical knowledge may also be considered.
