Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Hardware Design Technical Lead with strong expertise in board design, debugging, and customer-facing technical engagements. The candidate will act as the primary technical interface for customers, leading hardware design support activities, driving issue resolution, and ensuring successful platform bring-up and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary customer-facing technical lead for hardware design and support engagements.
- Independently own customer-reported issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive timely closure.
- Lead board bring-up activities, power-on debugging, and hardware validation.
- Conduct design reviews and provide recommendations for hardware design improvements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex platform and board-level issues.
- Guide and mentor hardware engineers while leading design support activities across domains.
- Ensure effective customer communication, escalation management, and issue tracking.
- Support product development teams during schematic reviews, layout reviews, and design verification.

Required Technical Skills Solid expertise in one or more of the following areas:





PCB Design

- Board Design and Development
- PCB Layout and Routing
- Stack-up Planning
- High-Speed Board Design Concepts

Signal Integrity (SI)
- High-Speed Interface Analysis
- SI Simulation and Debugging
- DDR, PCIe, Ethernet Interface Understanding

Power Delivery (PD)
- Power Architecture Design
- Voltage Regulator and Power Rail Analysis
- Power Integrity Debugging

Additional Requirements
- Strong understanding of hardware platforms, system architecture, and PCB operation.
- Hands-on experience with board-level debug tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers, and JTAG.
- Knowledge of hardware components, interfaces, and debug methodologies.
- Experience in issue management and customer support processes.
- Exposure to Server, Data Center, Enterprise, or Compute Platform designs is preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting server motherboard/platform development.
- Exposure to Intel or AMD server architectures.
- Familiarity with design validation, compliance testing, and system integration.
- Prior experience working directly with global customers and engineering teams.
