We are looking for a proactive and skilled Junior Hardware Development Engineer with a strong foundation in electronics and hands-on experience in hardware prototyping and testing for 1-2 years. This role involves on-ground testing, module/PCB troubleshooting,

and support in the development and deployment of IoT-based hardware solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in design, prototyping, and testing of hardware components for IoT systems.

● Perform micro soldering and fine-pitch component work on PCBs and modules.

● Conduct module and PCB-level testing, debugging, and performance validation.

● Participate in field testing and deployment of hardware units.

● Assemble hardware systems, including wire harnessing and enclosure fitting.

● Manage inventory of components, tools, and hardware—ensure systematic tracking.

● Use Excel and Google Sheets for maintaining inventory logs and tracking hardware deployments.

● Support in wiring, harness preparation, and cable routing for prototypes and final units.

● Maintain documentation for assembly guides, testing procedures, and troubleshooting logs.

● Work closely with the R&D; and production team to ensure quality and timely execution.

● Stay updated with the latest trends and practices in embedded systems and electronics.





Requirements:

● Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or any related field.

● 1–2 years of hands-on experience in electronics hardware development.

● Strong understanding of electronic components, circuits, and prototyping techniques.

● Proficiency in micro soldering, rework, and manual component assembly.

● Experience with module testing, power and signal debugging, and working with test equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.).

● Field-readiness and willingness to travel for on-site deployment and testing.

● Familiarity with wire harnessing, cable crimping, and connector systems.

● Positive working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for inventory and log tracking.

● Ability to create and maintain technical documentation clearly and systematically.

● Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience in an electronics lab, Micro Soldering, Device Installation or product prototyping environment.

● Exposure to IoT devices, embedded systems, or agricultural machinery.

● Basic understanding of firmware flashing, power testing, and enclosure integration.
