Role Description The Guest Relations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area, responsible for delivering welcoming, professional, and engaging service to all guests. This position includes cold calling the guests, greeting and seating guests, managing reservations and walk-ins, taking feedback and coordinating with the service team to ensure smooth table turnover and a positive dining experience. The role involves responding to guest inquiries, addressing feedback or complaints promptly, and maintaining a courteous and solution-focused approach at all times.

Daily tasks also include handling basic receptionist duties such as telephone calls, guest records, and front desk organization,



as well as supporting promotional activities and upselling menu items or special offers when appropriate.

The Guest Relations

Executive collaborates closely with management and staff to uphold brand standards and contribute to a high level of guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong guest relations and customer service skills, with a focus on creating positive experiences and building guest loyalty.
- Candidates should possess effective English communication skills, including clear verbal interaction, active listening, and professional phone etiquette.
- Candidates should possess receptionist and front desk skills, including managing reservations, handling inquiries, and maintaining organized guest records.
- Candidates should possess basic sales abilities, such as upselling menu items, promoting special offers, and supporting revenue-generating initiatives.
- Candidates should ideally have prior experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or customer-facing roles.
