We are looking for a well-presented, friendly, and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to join our hospitality team in Yercaud.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment and be passionate about providing excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests during check-in and throughout their stay.
- Handle guest queries, requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to meet guest requirements.
- Maintain excellent communication and service standards.
- Assist guests with information about resort facilities, activities, and local attractions.
- Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain guest records and communicate relevant information to the concerned departments.




- Support the team in delivering a smooth and memorable guest experience.

Requirements
- Previous experience in guest relations, front office, hotel, resort, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Good knowledge of Tamil and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to handle guests calmly and professionally.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Freshers with positive communication skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
