About the Role

We are looking for a Guest Relations Executive to be the primary point of contact for guests and clients, ensuring a smooth, professional, and positive experience throughout their interaction with the company.

As our business primarily serves the travel industry, this role involves coordinating with clients, travel partners, service providers, and internal teams to understand requirements, resolve concerns, and maintain strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests/clients with a professional and friendly approach.
- Understand guest requirements and provide appropriate assistance or solutions.
- Handle guest inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams and travel service providers to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Manage guest requests related to travel arrangements, bookings, packages, hotels, transportation, and other services.
- Follow up with guests before, during, and after their service experience.
- Handle complaints, concerns, and service-related issues professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, requirements, and feedback.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Collect guest feedback and identify opportunities to improve service quality.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and travel partners.
- Support the team in maintaining high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Guest Relations,



Customer Service, Hospitality, Travel, Front Office, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-focused and service-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle multiple guests/clients and tasks efficiently.
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Comfortable communicating through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Basic knowledge of travel, hospitality, or tourism services is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Malayalam/Hindi is an added advantage.
