GST Executive – COMPLIANCE, AUDIT & ASSESSMENTS

We are looking for an experienced GST professional to independently manage the Company's GST compliance, audits, assessments and departmental matters across multiple GST registrations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee timely and accurate filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C, wherever applicable.
- Review GST liability, ITC, GSTR-2B reconciliation and GST payments.
- Ensure reconciliation between books, sales/purchase registers, GST returns, e-invoices and e-way bills.
- Coordinate and oversee GST audits and annual GST compliance.
- Handle GST notices, assessments and departmental proceedings from notice to final order/closure.
- Liaise with GST officials, consultants, auditors and tax professionals.
- Attend departmental hearings and coordinate submission of replies and supporting documents.
- Maintain a year-wise tracker of GST notices,



audits, assessments and pending matters.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely closure of GST proceedings and obtaining final orders, wherever applicable.
- Identify GST risks and ensure compliance across all Company GST registrations.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in Commerce/Finance; CA Inter / CMA Inter / M.Com preferred.
- 5–8 years of hands-on GST experience.
- Robust practical knowledge of GST laws, procedures and GST portal.
- Experience in handling GST audits, notices, assessments and departmental liaison.
- Positive knowledge of accounting, reconciliation and ERP systems.
- Strong communication, drafting, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Experience in a multi-location retail/distribution organisation will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
