JobsKart.co is hiring a Growth Sales Associate to join our Inside Sales team in Kota. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about sales, confident in communication, and excited to work with business owners and HR leaders to offer effective hiring solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and qualify leads via cold calls, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and referrals
- Connect with HRs, recruiters, and business owners to understand hiring needs
- Pitch JobsKart’s job posting solutions and close sales
- Meet monthly targets and maintain sales records in CRM
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and follow-ups

Requirements:

- 0–2 years of experience in inside sales or telesales (Freshers welcome)




- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and target-oriented
- Basic understanding of recruitment or HR tech is a plus
- Must have a laptop and willingness to learn
