Panchaayat.in is a public consumer-complaint and grievance platform where people file, track, and get resolution on issues with banks, insurers, telecom providers, hospitals, and e-commerce companies. Think of it as a digital village council — disputes heard in public so companies can't quietly ignore them. File it. Track it. Get heard.

A Quick Note on Where We Are

Panchaayat.in is still at an early, idea/prototype stage and under active development. You'll currently see some sample/seeded data on the platform — this will be cleared out soon as we move toward real usage. As you explore, keep an eye out for bugs, rough edges, or anything confusing, and be ready to share what you noticed and what you'd improve. Being observant and proactive about this is genuinely part of what we're looking for in this role.

What You'll Do

- Monitor LinkedIn and Twitter (X) for users publicly posting complaints, escalations, or queries about companies
- Identify relevant posts (for example, something like this) and reach out to the people behind them
- Engage using a polite, professional, and non-intrusive approach — lead with empathy for their issue, not a pitch, clearly explain how filing on Panchaayat.in helps them (public visibility, a trackable case ID, community upvotes/support, and pressure on companies to respond faster), and never push or repeatedly follow up with someone who isn't interested
- Help interested users create a Panchaayat.in account and file their case




- Assist them in posting their case link back on their own social accounts alongside their original complaint, to drive faster resolution
- Continuously flag platform issues and suggest improvements based on your own usage and applicant/user feedback
- Own the full cycle: discovery → respectful outreach → onboarding → case creation → social amplification

Daily Target

- Minimum 5 users brought onto the platform per day, taken through account creation, case filing, and social posting

What You Need

- A laptop and stable internet connection
- An active, reasonably engaged LinkedIn account
- An active, reasonably engaged Twitter (X) account
- Comfort with respectful, low-pressure outreach to strangers online
- Self-starter who can work independently, hit daily targets, and think critically about product gaps without supervision

Compensation Structure

- This is an unpaid internship with a performance-based incentive: ₹25 per fully completed end-to-end customer cycle (onboarding + case creation + social post), for days the daily target of 5 is met
- Complete 500 end-to-end cases within the 3-month period → eligibility for a full time, permanent work-from-home Customer Care Representative role with a fixed monthly salary

Fast-Track Selection

- No formal interview process
- Complete the full cycle (respectful outreach + onboarding + case + social post with case link) for 10 real customers within one week
- Email proof (screenshots of the 10 customers' social posts showing their case link) to [email protected]
- On verification, your internship starts immediately
