Founding Growth Marketer, SuperMD

Practice Growth and Patient Engagement

Company: Nirva Health (SuperMD) Location: Bengaluru, in person, with working-hours overlap with UK mornings and some US evenings Reports to: Founder, SuperMD Type: Full time, founding role Markets: United Kingdom, United States

About SuperMD

SuperMD is a white-label patient app that private practices run under their own name. It gives clinicians a daily layer of care between appointments: an AI assistant shaped by the practice's own protocols, patient logs, lab report uploads, wearable data, and a pre-visit summary that lands before the patient walks in.

SuperMD is built by Nirva Health, a lifestyle medicine company with 5,000+ active members, a clinical advisory board, and research accepted at BSLM 2026. Nirva has run a lifestyle clinic end to end for years. We know how a practice acquires, engages and converts patients. SuperMD is where we hand that engine to other clinicians.

Why this role exists now

We are onboarding our founding practices in the UK and US. Every practice we sign brings thousands of patients, sometimes ten thousand, into the app under that clinic's brand.

SuperMD is proven when two things happen for every practice on it:

1. The clinician makes money from the app. Patients move from free use into paid plans, coaching programmes and events run through the practice's own paywall.
2. Patients keep coming back. Sign-up, activation and week-on-week engagement stay high enough that the clinician sees the app as part of their care, not a download that dies in a week.

Nobody owns these two outcomes today. You will. Once these two numbers are reliable, new practices come through word of mouth, clinician referrals and the conferences we already attend. That is why this role is not about filling the top of our own funnel. It is about making every practice we sign a success story that fills it for us.

The role

You will be the growth marketer for each practice that runs on SuperMD. Think of it as a hybrid of B2C lifecycle marketer, account lead and product partner. You will work directly with the clinician and their team, and directly with our product team, to take a newly onboarded practice from launch to a patient base that is engaged and paying.

There is no playbook yet. Part of your job is to write it. What you learn with the first two or three practices becomes the standard process every future practice runs on.

This is an outcome-based role. You will be measured on patient sign-ups, engagement and revenue per practice, not on activity.

What you will own1. Onboarding every recent practice

- Build the launch plan for each practice:

audience segments from their patient list, channel mix, message sequence, timeline and success metrics.
- Set up and authenticate each practice's sending domain and subdomain (warm-up, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) so patient emails land in the inbox.
- Write and run launch emails, invite campaigns, landing pages and in-clinic material under the practice's own brand, with clinician sign-off.
- Create launch event slides and supporting material for practices introducing SuperMD to their patients.
- Track sign-up rate from patient list to active app user, and close the gaps you find.

2. Patient engagement and activation

- Own the engagement layer alongside product: push, in-app nudges, email and WhatsApp journeys for onboarding, habit building and re-activation.
- Know, for every practice, who is engaging, who has dropped and why, and act on it weekly.
- Bring the marketing view into product decisions: which nudges, which content, which moments move retention.
- Turn engagement results into proof (screenshots, numbers, patient stories) the clinician can use and sales can reuse.

3. Revenue for the clinician

- Run monetisation for each practice through its own paywall (RevenueCat instance per clinic): app plans (for example a USD 20 a month plan), coaching plans (for example a USD 200 programme), and one-off events.
- Plan and run seasonal and themed campaigns per practice (for example a year-end offer, a gut health month, a menopause workshop).
- Build the conversion journey from free user to paid plan to coaching programme, and improve it with every cohort.
- Report revenue per practice, take-rate by plan, and what drove it.

4. Practice marketing support and review

- Be the marketer the clinician does not have. Review the emails, offers and content their team sends, improve them, and bring ideas they would not have thought of.
- Run co-hosted sessions and events with the practice for their patient base.
- Keep the clinician's brand, tone and clinical claims intact in everything that goes out.

5. The playbook

- Document what works and what does not for each practice and turn it into a repeatable onboarding-to-revenue process: checklists, templates, timelines, dashboards.
- Make it possible for the next practice to launch faster and better than the last.

6. Proof, advocacy and referrals

- Turn practice results into case studies, one-pagers and short videos.
- Build a referral motion with live practices: warm introductions to peers, testimonials, speaking slots.
- Feed conference and LinkedIn conversations with real practice numbers.

7. Account organisation and reporting

- Know exactly where every practice is at any moment: launch stage, what has been shared, what was promised, what is next.
- Keep the CRM and tasks management clean for every practice.
- Publish a weekly dashboard per practice: patients onboarded, activation, weekly active users, paid conversions, revenue, campaigns run and their results.
- Take on the work that moves the needle for the practice, and say no with a clear reason when a request does not.

8. Experiments

- Own the experiment backlog for patient-facing growth: onboarding flows, nudge timing, offer framing, pricing presentation, event formats.
- Run each test with a hypothesis, audience, sample size and a written verdict. Retire losers fast and roll winners across every practice.

What we are looking for Must have

- 4 to 8 years in B2C growth, lifecycle or CRM marketing, ideally in a subscription app, health, wellness or D2C business, with hands-on ownership of email, push and in-app journeys.
- Some experience on the B2B or client-facing side: managing accounts, working with partners, or running campaigns on behalf of another brand. You have sat across from a customer and been accountable for their result.
- Outstanding written English. You can write a patient email a UK/US consultant is proud to send under their name. You will be owning all the communications for SuperMD.
- Extremely organised. You can hold five practices in your head at once, know what each was sent and what each is waiting on, and nothing falls through.
- Comfortable in a founding role with no rails: you decide what the right thing to do is, do it, measure it, and change course when the data says so.
- Confident use of AI tools to research, write, analyse recordings and automate reporting.

Nice to have

- Experience with engagement platforms such as CleverTap, MoEngage, Braze or Klaviyo, and subscription tooling such as RevenueCat.
- Knowledge of UK private healthcare (self-pay versus insured patients) or US private practice.
- B2B Demand Gen experience using Apollo, Linkedin sales navigator etc.
- Background in healthtech, lifestyle medicine or wellness.
- Event or workshop marketing for a consumer audience.
- Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot or Twenty, and with Linear or similar.
