About the Role nxtjob.ai is looking for a highly internet native, growth focused intern who understands how content spreads online and how AI can be used to create and distribute content at scale.

You will be responsible for managing and growing distribution channels on LinkedIn & Twitter/X, with the goal of building strong distribution channels around jobs, careers, skills, AI, hiring trends and professional growth.

This is not just a posting role.

We are looking for someone who understands what people click on, what makes them stop scrolling, what gets shared, and how content, AI, engagement and conversations can ultimately drive users towards nxtjob.ai and our bootcamp programs.

What Youll Do

- Manage content and growth across LinkedIn pages and Twitter/X accounts, with clear ownership of reach, engagement, conversations and follower growth
- Research trending conversations around jobs, careers, skills, AI, hiring, salaries and the future of work
- Create and publish high volume, relevant content consistently using AI tools and smart workflows to scale output
- Identify trending formats, hooks, topics and conversations before they become saturated
- Write strong LinkedIn posts, Twitter threads, short posts, job updates and educational content
- Build different content personalities and positioning for each account
- Own engagement and conversations on X by actively replying, quote posting, joining relevant discussions and engaging with creators, communities and companies to increase reach




- Experiment with different hooks, formats, posting times, content themes and engagement strategies
- Understand audience psychology and create content people naturally want to click, comment on and share
- Use content to drive traffic towards nxtjob.ai job opportunities, products and bootcamp programs
- Track reach, engagement, follower growth, clicks, leads and conversions
- Analyse what is working every week across content and engagement, and continuously improve the growth strategy

What Were Looking For You should be someone who:

- Is extremely active on LinkedIn, Twitter/X and the internet in general
- Understands social media trends, internet culture and how conversations move across platforms
- Has robust copywriting and storytelling skills
- Understands hooks, virality, curiosity and human psychology
- Can identify why one post performs better than another
- Thinks about growth and distribution, not just content creation
- Has strong awareness of AI tools and has actively used AI for research, ideation, writing, repurposing, content creation at scale and engagement
- Knows how to use AI to create content at scale without making it feel generic or obviously AI generated
- Understands that growth on X comes from both publishing and active participation in conversations




- Is comfortable building visibility through replies, comments, quote posts and timely participation in relevant discussions
- Understands basic analytics such as impressions, engagement rate, CTR, leads and conversions
- Is interested in startups, AI, careers, jobs and the creator economy

You will Be Great for This Role If You regularly find yourself analysing why a LinkedIn post went viral.

You understand why certain posts and conversations on X get thousands of views, replies and shares while others get ignored.

You follow creators, startup founders, career pages and growth accounts.

You enjoy experimenting with content, AI tools and engagement tactics to figure out what makes people take action. Most importantly, you are obsessed with attention, distribution, AI and growth.

- Growth in reach and impressions
- Relevant follower growth
- Engagement, replies and meaningful conversations
- Growth of the X accounts
- Traffic generated for nxtjob.ai
- Job applications generated through content
- Leads generated for nxtjob.ai Bootcamp
- Volume and quality of content produced using AI

• Number of winning content formats identified and scaled

Opportunity This is a hands on growth role where you will get the opportunity to build distribution channels from scratch and understand how AI, content, psychology, engagement and growth come together to build an internet business.

High performing interns can potentially move into a larger full time growth role at nxtjob.ai.
