GROWTH ACQUISITION MANAGER – PAID ADS (GOOGLE & META)

About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Growth Acquisition Manager who can drive business growth through paid advertising channels.

This role is for a performance-focused marketer who understands how to acquire customers, optimize advertising investment, and scale profitable campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.

You will take ownership of paid acquisition strategies, campaign performance, and continuous growth optimization.

Position: Growth Acquisition Manager – Paid Advertising

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute paid acquisition strategies across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.

- Take ownership of advertising performance, from campaign planning and setup to optimization and scaling.

- Build, manage, and optimize campaigns focused on customer acquisition, conversions, and revenue growth.

- Analyze campaign data to identify opportunities for improving performance and profitability.

- Manage advertising budgets efficiently and maximize return on investment.

- Scale successful campaigns while maintaining strong performance metrics.

- Continuously test and improve:

Target audiences

Ad creatives

Campaign structures

Landing pages

Bidding strategies

Customer acquisition funnels

- Monitor and optimize key performance indicators:

ROAS

CPA

CPC

CTR

Conversion Rate

Customer Acquisition Cost

- Create performance reports and provide strategic recommendations based on data.

Requirements
- Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns with measurable results.

- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

- Experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns for profitability.

- Deep understanding of performance marketing,



paid acquisition, and conversion optimization.

- Ability to analyze data, identify problems, and implement solutions.

- Experience with tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.

- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently manage campaigns and deliver results.
