Main responsibilities & duties:

Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation process.

Prepare consolidated management accounts and financial statements.

Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of all financial reporting.

Review submissions from subsidiaries challenging assumptions and investigating variances.

Support the production of annual and interim statutory financial statements.

Ensure compliance with IFRS, UK GAAP, and other relevant accounting standards.

Research and assess the impact of current accounting standards and regulatory changes.

Support the accounting treatment of acquisitions, disposals, restructuring activities, and other complex transactions.

Act as the primary contact for external auditors in relation to group reporting matters.

Coordinate year-end and interim audit requirements.

Ensure strong financial controls are maintained throughout the reporting process.





Support the development and maintenance of accounting policies and procedures

Build strong relationships with finance teams across the Group.

Partner with senior management to provide clear financial insights and reporting analysis.

Support presentations and reporting for Board and Audit Committee meetings.

Liaise with tax, treasury, FP&A;, and commercial finance teams to ensure consistency of reporting.

Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, automation, and controls.

Lead group reporting process improvement initiatives.

Support finance transformation projects and implementation of reporting systems.

Drive standardisation of reporting practices across the Group
