About the Role :

We are looking for a Group Product Manager (GPM) to lead product strategy and execution for Platform & Payments across large-scale B2C commerce ecosystems.

This is a high-impact product leadership role responsible for building scalable, secure, reliable and customer-centric platforms that power commerce journeys across multiple channels and markets.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Strategy & Platform Leadership :

- Define and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Platform & Payments.
- Establish measurable product outcomes across conversion, payment success, customer experience, adoption, reliability and cost efficiency.
- Drive the evolution of platform capabilities from 0-to-1 and 1-to-100.
- Drive the transition from fragmented legacy systems to a unified, API-first architecture.

Payments Product Management :

- Own the product strategy for the end-to-end payments ecosystem, including payment orchestration, gateways, methods, and reconciliation.
- Improve payment success rates, authorization rates, and overall customer experience.
- Partner with Finance, Risk, Fraud, Security and Compliance teams.

Technical Product Leadership :





- Partner closely with Engineering and Architecture teams on APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud platforms.
- Make informed trade-offs across scalability, reliability, speed, cost and technical debt.

Product Team Leadership :

- Build, mentor and scale a high-performing team of Product Managers and Product Owners.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and data-driven decision making.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

Experience :

- 10 years of experience in Product Management, with significant experience in B2C, commerce, payments or platform products.
- Proven experience leading and scaling multiple product teams.
- Robust track record of building products/platforms from 0-to-1.

Technical Skills :

- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and data architecture.
- Strong awareness of Generative AI, AI/ML and automation applications.
