GROUP LEGAL ADVISOR / LEGAL CONSULTANT

Group: Automobile | IT & Software | E-Commerce

Provide ongoing legal and commercial support to all Group companies, protect the Group's interests, minimize legal risks and ensure proper documentation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Legal advice for Automobile, IT, Software and E-Commerce businesses.
- Draft/review agreements, contracts, NDAs, MOUs, SOWs, vendor/customer agreements and commercial documents.
- Handle legal notices, customer/vendor disputes, payment recovery and settlement matters.
- Support employment, consumer, IP, data/privacy and regulatory matters.
- Review business processes and identify legal risks.
- Manage trademark, copyright, software/IP and brand protection matters.
- Coordinate with external advocates, government authorities, CA/CS and other professionals.
- Maintain a legal tracker for agreements, notices, disputes, litigation and compliance.
- Provide legal opinions and recommendations to Directors on important business decisions.

Practical Monthly Retainer Scope

Included in Monthly Retainer:

- Up to 10 routine contract/document reviews or drafts.
- Up to 5 legal notices/replies.
- Routine legal consultation with management.
- Review of customer/vendor disputes.
- Payment recovery advisory and documentation.




- Legal-risk review of new business activities.
- Coordination with external advocates.
- Monthly Legal Status & Risk Report.
- Maintenance of legal document and matter tracker.

Outside Retainer / Additional Professional Fees:

- Court appearances and litigation.
- Arbitration/mediation proceedings.
- Major property/land transactions.
- Complex corporate restructuring or investment transactions.
- Trademark/copyright/IP filings and proceedings.
- Major regulatory/government proceedings.
- Extensive agreements or projects requiring substantial legal research.

Objective: Provide the Group with timely, practical and commercially focused legal support while reducing contractual, regulatory, financial and litigation risks.
