Role & responsibilities

Plan and execute a daily route covering 4-5 partner workshops per day within your assigned city/cluster, per the monthly roster.

Conduct on-ground mystery audits against the standard 19-point audit checklist spanning branding, infrastructure, customer experience, and Job Card / Business Leakage checks.

- Capture GPS-tagged photo and video evidence at each workshop, including parked-vehicle counts for Business/JC Leakage verification.
- Record findings accurately and in real time using the designated audit data-collection tool (Microsoft Forms) immediately after each visit.
- Conduct branding-kit adherence feedback calls with workshop points of contact where gaps are identified.
- Flag non-compliance and Job Card Leakage cases for investigation, following the defined escalation and action matrix

. • Coordinate with the Central Audit Team, Garage Engagement Team, and Recon Team on CAPA closure and repeat-visit follow-ups.
- Maintain roster adherence, visit-count accuracy, and audit quality in line with monthly performance targets

. • Escalate access issues, workshop unavailability, or safety concerns promptly to the Ops Tower Team
