ZillOut is a venue management platform used by restaurants, bars, cafés and event spaces across India. We handle reservations, POS, loyalty, payments, events and guest feedback in one system. Our ground team is how venues actually get live and stay successful on the platform.
About the role
This is a field role for someone starting out who wants to learn how hospitality businesses really run. You'll be out at venues across Mumbai every day, helping get them set up on ZillOut, training their teams, and making sure things work. You'll work closely with our senior ground executive in Mumbai, who will train you.
What you'll do
- Visit venues to help set them up on ZillOut: table layouts, menu checks, hardware setup, and staff walkthroughs
- Train restaurant staff on daily use of the platform
- Handle routine on-ground requests and escalate anything bigger
- Revisit live venues to check things are running well and help with new features
- Keep visit notes and venue details updated
- Support the senior executive on larger activations
What we're looking for
- 0-2 years of experience; freshers who are keen to be out in the field are welcome
- Comfortable talking to restaurant managers and staff, and explaining things simply
- Organised and reliable; venues depend on you showing up
- Willing to travel across Mumbai daily; own two-wheeler preferred
- Fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi
- Graduate in any discipline
Good to have
- Any exposure to restaurants, hospitality, food delivery or retail operations
- Interest in the going-out and hospitality space
