Managing customer grievances received from all touchpoints and strict adherence to the Regulatory & Internal TATs

Ensuring adherence to quality parameters laid for grievance handling

Data Reconciliation

Risk and Compliance management

Managing Senior Management Escalations

Managing Social Media Escalation

Managing Banking Partners and Internal Stakeholders
