Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, knowledge of current design trends, and the ability to create engaging visual content for digital and marketing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Create visually appealing banners, posters, brochures, presentations, creatives, and promotional materials.
- Develop designs according to brand guidelines and campaign requirements.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Content, and other teams to understand design requirements.
- Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and other visual assets.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
- Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colors, and visual style.
- Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends and creative tools.

Required Skills
- 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Canva, Figma, or other design tools is an advantage.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory,



composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience creating social media and digital marketing creatives.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into effective visual designs.
- Good communication and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Experience working with digital marketing/EdTech/advertising is a plus.
- A strong portfolio of previous design work is required.

What We’re Looking For A designer who is creative, proactive, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple projects independently while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
