Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphics Designer role based in New Delhi/NCR.

The Graphics

Designer will create visual assets for the website, social media, digital campaigns, and print materials that align with OQart’s organic and authenticity-focused brand. Daily tasks include designing product graphics, promotional banners, and marketing collateral, as well as refining logos, icons, and typography for consistent brand representation. The role involves collaborating with marketing and content teams to develop design concepts,



translating briefs into transparent visual narratives, and iterating based on feedback.

Designer will also help maintain brand guidelines and ensure that all visual materials support a cohesive, high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating digital and print assets.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to develop and refine visual identities.
- Solid understanding of Typography for clear, readable, and aesthetically pleasing communication.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Coral , InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Ability to interpret briefs, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback constructively.
- Attention to detail, layout, color theory, and visual consistency across platforms.
- Comfort working on-site in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment in Current Delhi.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience designing for e-commerce, retail, or food-related brands is an advantage.

Expected salary - Rs 15,000.00 to Rs 20,000.00
