Job Summary

PXPL is a Brand Experience (BX)® studio working across branding, packaging and design systems that live in the real world. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who brings together strong visual thinking and solid production knowledge, someone who understands that valuable design doesn’t stop at the screen but must work flawlessly in print, packaging and execution.

The ideal candidate has hands-on studio experience, a strong portfolio and a clear understanding of how design moves from concept to press-ready output.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with strategists, design, marketing, product and sales teams to ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints
- Design and develop logos, brand identities, packaging systems, print collateral and digital assets
- Design creatives for social media, digital campaigns, vehicle launches, brochures, outdoor advertising and dealership branding
- Translate brand positioning, vehicle features and campaign ideas into clear, engaging visual communication
- Prepare accurate, production-ready artwork for digital platforms, print materials, showroom signage and event displays




- Adapt designs across formats and incorporate feedback while following brand guidelines and meeting deadlines
- Stay updated on design trends, automotive advertising, printing technologies and industry best practices

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a design studio or agency environment or with a strong freelance portfolio
- Strong understanding of print production, color modes, pre-press processes and packaging workflows
- Solid skills in typography, layout and visual systems
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across disciplines
- A well-curated portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and print-ready studio work

Salary ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 takehome per month (based on skill & output)
