# Graphic Designer Cum Marketing Executive

### Role & Responsibilities

* Create social media posts, reels, brochures, hoardings, standees and other marketing creatives. * Manage social media content and monthly content calendars. * Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events and promotional activities. * Coordinate with agencies, vendors, photographers and internal teams. * Handle project branding and overall marketing requirements. * Conduct competitor research and follow current marketing trends. * Prepare basic marketing reports and presentations.

### Required Skills

* Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva/CorelDRAW. * Positive understanding of social media, branding and digital marketing. * Creative, organised and detail-oriented. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. * Real-estate experience preferred.
