- Edit reels, promotional videos, property videos, and social media content.
- Create engaging graphics, creatives, banners, thumbnails, and marketing materials.
- Handle video cutting, transitions, color correction, sound, subtitles, and basic motion graphics.
- Design content according to the brand's visual identity and social media requirements.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing team to deliver creatives on time.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, editing styles, and creative formats.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Solid sense of design, creativity, and visual storytelling.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media formats.
- Real estate or digital marketing experience will be an added advantage.
- Portfolio of previous work is preferred.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
