We sit at the intersection of narrative and business growth, working closely with founders and senior leadership to build brands that stand for something. We're looking for a designer and editor who can bring that thinking to life visually, across static, motion, and AI-generated content.

About the Role

We're looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can move fluidly between design and edit, and is genuinely comfortable using AI tools as part of their everyday workflow — not just aware of them. You'll be creating content across formats and platforms for multiple brands, so versatility and a sharp eye for detail matter more than a narrow specialism.

What You'll Do

· Design static and motion content for social media, decks, campaigns, and brand collateral

· Edit videos & reels, brand films, interviews, and short-form content etc. from raw footage to final export

· Use AI tools to generate,



enhance, or accelerate content creation across mediums (image, video, copy-adjacent visuals)

· Translate briefs and brand narratives into visually compelling output, working closely with the content and strategy team

· Maintain visual consistency and quality across multiple client accounts

· Stay on top of design and content trends, and proactively bring fresh ideas to the table

What We're Looking For

· 2+ years of experience in an agency or corporate environment

· Solid hands-on proficiency with Adobe Suite (illustrator, Premiere Pro, Photoshop), CorelDRAW, Canva, and Figma

· Working knowledge of AI-driven design and content tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Seedance, Gemini, Magnifique, ElevenLabs), and genuine curiosity to keep exploring new ones

· A strong sense of visual storytelling w.r.t. layout, typography, color, pacing, and rhythm in video

· Ability to juggle multiple projects and briefs without dropping quality

· A collaborative mindset and comfort taking feedback and iterating fast To Apply
