About the Role

Navbharat Tech Advisory Private Limited is looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, creativity, and an interest in creating engaging visual content for social media, marketing, and company communication.

Key Responsibilities

Create creative graphics, social media posts, banners, promotional creatives, and marketing materials.

Edit short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, and other digital content.

Design content using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.

Add transitions, text, music, effects, and basic animations to videos.

Develop creative content according to company branding and requirements.

Resize and adapt creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.

Work closely with the marketing and HR teams to understand content requirements.

Maintain consistency in brand style, fonts, colors, and visual presentation.





Stay updated with current social media design and video trends.

Manage multiple design and video-editing tasks within deadlines.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of Canva and video-editing software.

Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools will be an advantage.

Good understanding of graphic design principles and visual composition.

Creativity and attention to detail.

Ability to understand instructions and convert ideas into attractive visuals.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to learn new tools and techniques.

Candidates with relevant experience in graphic designing or video editing are also encouraged to apply.

A portfolio or samples of previous work will be an advantage.
