Role Overview

You will create illustrations and design assets for digital and print, working with our marketing, product,

and communications teams. This is an ideal role for a fresher or early-career designer who wants to grow in a professional, tech-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Create illustrations, icons, infographics, and graphics for web, social media, presentations, and marketing campaigns

•Design brochures, banners, posters, event collateral, and internal communication materials

•Simplify technical concepts into clean, easy-to-understand visuals

•Turn briefs and rough ideas into polished designs

•Follow brand guidelines for colour, typography, and layout

•Prepare and export files correctly for print and digital use

•Take feedback and iterate quickly

•Organise design files and maintain the asset library

Requirements

•Degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

•0-1 year of experience (internships, freelance, and academic projects count)

•Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (pen tool, shapes,



pathfinder, gradients, brushes, vector illustration, icon and infographic design)

•Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (image editing, retouching, compositing, social media and web graphics)

•Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign (multi-page layouts, brochures, presentations, print-

ready files)

•Good understanding of typography, colour, layout, and composition

•Ability to illustrate by hand and digitally

•A portfolio of illustration and design work (mandatory)

•Valuable communication skills and a positive attitude toward feedback

•Ability to manage time and meet deadlines

Good to Have

•Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro for basic motion graphics, animated illustrations, and short video edits

•Adobe Acrobat for PDF preparation, and Adobe Express or Lightroom

•Figma, Procreate, or Canva

•Experience with infographics, presentation design, or tech/corporate visuals

•Basic UI/UX understanding

•Knowledge of print production (CMYK, bleed, resolution)
