About the role

We’re looking for a creative Graphic Designer and Video Editor to produce engaging visual content for our brand. You’ll create designs and edit videos for social media, marketing campaigns, websites, presentations, and other business needs.

The right person has a good eye for design, can tell a story through video, and is comfortable using AI tools to support their creative work.

Responsibilities

- Create graphics for social media, advertisements, websites, presentations, and print.
- Edit short-form and long-form videos, including cutting footage, adding music, captions, transitions, and basic motion graphics.
- Adapt designs and videos for different platforms and formats.
- Follow brand guidelines and keep visual content consistent.
- Organize project files and meet agreed deadlines.
- Work with the marketing and content teams to understand project goals and feedback.
- Use AI tools to support creative tasks, such as generating ideas, drafting copy or captions, removing backgrounds, creating subtitles, and speeding up editing.
- Review AI-generated content and make sure it is accurate, appropriate, and consistent with the brand.

Basic qualifications
- A portfolio showing graphic design and video-editing work.
- Basic experience with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar.




- Basic experience with video-editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
- Understanding of layout, color, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to follow instructions, accept feedback, and manage multiple tasks.
- Positive communication and attention to detail.

Basic AI skills
- Familiarity with AI features in design and editing tools.
- Ability to write simple prompts to brainstorm concepts or create visual starting points.
- Experience using AI to generate or refine captions, subtitles, summaries, or content ideas.
- Ability to use AI-assisted tools for tasks such as background removal, image cleanup, audio enhancement, or rough cuts.
- Good judgment when reviewing AI output, including checking for errors, visual issues, and licensing or privacy concerns.

Nice to have
- Basic motion graphics or animation skills.
- Experience creating content for social media platforms.
- Photography or videography experience.
- Familiarity with AI image, video, or audio generation tools.
- Ability to manage projects from initial brief to final delivery.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
