About the Role

We are looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer who can handle both static and video content for our digital and marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, knowledge of current social media trends, and hands-on experience with graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging creatives for LinkedIn, social media, websites, campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Design social media posts, banners, carousels, infographics, recruitment creatives, and promotional content.
- Edit and produce short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, and social media videos.
- Create basic motion graphics, animations, transitions, and text effects for digital content.
- Develop creative concepts and convert ideas/content into visually appealing designs.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, colours, fonts, layouts, and visual language.
- Work with the marketing and business teams to understand requirements and deliver creatives within timelines.
- Resize and adapt designs and videos for different platforms and formats.
- Stay updated with design trends, social media trends, video formats, and emerging creative tools.




- Review feedback and make necessary design/video revisions while maintaining quality.

Tools & Technical Skills

Graphic Design:

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva
- Adobe InDesign

Video Editing:

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- CapCut or similar video editing tools

Other Skills:

- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation
- Basic understanding of AI-powered design and content creation tools
- Knowledge of image/video formats, dimensions, resolution, and optimisation for digital platforms
- Good understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Digital Content, or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and video-editing work.
- Positive creative sense with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand a brief and independently develop creative concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to learn new tools and experiment with new creative formats.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
