We’re looking a Graphic Designer who can turn brand strategy into scroll-stopping emails.
If you love designing for DTC brands, have a strong eye for layout and typography, and can bring creative to life without making it feel like a template—then this is for you.
Responsibilities
- Design mobile-first, conversion-focused email campaigns for eCommerce brands
- Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to translate briefs into strong visual layouts
- Create reusable components and Figma templates for faster future execution
- Suggest improvements in visual hierarchy, layout—not just execute
- Stay updated on design trends,
best practices in email/ads, and what’s working in the DTC space
Qualifications
- 2–8 years of experience in design—ideally for eCommerce brands
- Proficiency in Figma is a plus
- Understands layout, spacing, typography, and colour
- Able to work with minimal direction and deliver polished work quickly
- Bonus: Experience designing for Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar ESPs
- Bonus: Experience creating static and motion ads for Meta, TikTok, or other paid platforms
- Even better: You care about performance, not just aesthetics
