About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create engaging and visually appealing designs for our digital platforms, social media, marketing campaigns, learning programs, and internal communication.

Key Responsibilities

Create creative designs for social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials.

Develop visual content aligned with Protrainy’s brand identity and communication guidelines.

Design creatives for digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Collaborate with the Marketing, Content, and Product teams to understand design requirements.

Create graphics for events, campaigns, webinars, courses, and other company initiatives.

Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and other visual assets as required.

Maintain consistency in fonts, colors, layouts, and overall brand identity.

Manage multiple design projects and deliver creatives within deadlines.

Stay updated with current graphic design trends and creative practices.

Requirements

0–2 years of experience in Graphic Design.





Freshers with strong internship experience in Graphic Design are encouraged to apply.

Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.

Positive creative thinking and attention to detail.

Ability to understand design briefs and convert ideas into engaging visuals.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

Portfolio showcasing relevant design work is preferred.

Preferred Skills

Experience in designing social media and digital marketing creatives.

Basic understanding of branding and visual identity.

Knowledge of motion graphics/video editing will be an advantage.

Experience in EdTech, digital marketing, or a similar industry will be a plus.
