Role Description

- Design offline and print collateral such as brochures, catalogues, flyers, posters, standees, and inserts.

- Create in-store and retail branding, including POS displays, shelf branding, wall graphics, and window branding.

- Design large-format and outdoor media such as hoardings, banners, backdrops, and signage.

- Develop packaging designs, labels, user manuals, and warranty cards, including dielines and production files.

- Design event and activation material such as booths, stage backdrops, merchandise, and giveaways.

- Adapt campaign concepts across multiple formats and sizes while keeping the brand consistent.





- Prepare print-ready files with correct dimensions, bleed, and CMYK/Pantone color specifications.

- Coordinate with printers, fabricators, and vendors, and review proofs and samples before production.

- Work closely with the marketing, retail, sales, and events teams to deliver on tight launch timelines.

- Maintain brand guidelines, templates, and asset libraries for offline use.

Qualifications

- 3-6 years of experience in offline, print, or retail design.

- Robust command of Adobe Illustrator and vector-based design for print and large-format production.

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign; CorelDRAW is a plus.

- Solid understanding of print processes, materials, and finishes (flex, vinyl, acrylic, lamination, spot UV, etc.)

- Strong typography, layout, and color sense.

- Experience preparing dielines and production-ready files.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

- Excellent attention to detail, since print errors are costly.
