About Health Social
Health Social is a specialist healthcare B2B + B2C marketing agency launching in Delhi NCR.
Backed by founders with over a decade of agency experience, we create healthcare communication that combines creative thinking, medical accuracy, strategic intent, and responsible communication.
We are looking for a Graphic Designer — Medical & Healthcare who understands that designing for healthcare requires more than making something visually attractive.
About the Role
Most designers make beautiful work. We need a designer who makes beautiful, medically accurate work.
You will create visual communication for pharma companies, hospitals, diagnostic chains, medical-device manufacturers, healthcare professionals, and healthcare brands.
The role requires someone who can move comfortably between a pharma Visual Aid, hospital Instagram campaign, medical-device catalogue, LinkedIn carousel, and print collateral while maintaining visual quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
You should also have the confidence to flag a visual that is medically misleading, inappropriate, or potentially non-compliant — not simply focus on typography and aesthetics.
Key ResponsibilitiesPharma Visual Aid / eVA Design
- Design pharma Visual Aids (VA/eVA) for medical representatives and healthcare-professional communication.
- Translate medical and scientific information into clear visual storytelling.
- Work with Medical Content Writers and account teams to understand:
- Product positioning
- Clinical data
- Indications
- Mechanisms of action
- Product benefits
- Supporting evidence
- Create structured layouts that allow medical representatives to communicate information effectively.
- Maintain consistency across digital and print versions.
- Ensure charts, diagrams, icons, illustrations, and visual representations accurately reflect the approved content.

- Create clear visual representations of medical concepts where required.
- Design healthcare infographics and educational diagrams.
- Maintain accuracy in anatomy, procedures, devices, charts, and scientific illustrations.
- Work with medical/content specialists to validate visual interpretation.

Canva Is Not Enough We are looking for a designer with professional design-tool expertise.

You'll Be a Great Fit If...
- You can design a pharma Visual Aid that an MR can actually use during a detailing session.
