Role Description The Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing visual concepts and layouts for corporate gifts, awards, medals, branding merchandise, and promotional materials. Day-to-day tasks include creating logos and brand identities, developing artwork for product packaging and marketing collateral, preparing print-ready files, and collaborating with the production team to ensure accurate execution of designs.



The role involves working closely with sales and client service teams to interpret client requirements, propose creative solutions, and maintain brand consistency across all products.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually appealing and production-ready designs.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive brand identities for clients.
- Proficiency in Typography and layout design for print and digital assets.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDRAW).
- Understanding of print processes, laser engraving, and UV printing, along with knowledge of file formats and color management.
- Ability to translate client briefs into creative concepts, work under deadlines, and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; prior experience in gifting, branding, or manufacturing sectors is an advantage.
