Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good sense of design, creativity, typography, colors, and visual communication.

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating engaging designs for social media, marketing campaigns, brochures, educational materials, presentations, website graphics, and other digital and print requirements.

Freshers with good design skills and a strong willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design creative graphics for social media posts, advertisements, banners, and marketing campaigns.
- Create brochures, flyers, posters, presentations, and other print/digital materials.
- Develop visually appealing educational and promotional content.
- Create website graphics, thumbnails, infographics, and other digital assets.
- Maintain consistency in branding, colors, fonts, and overall visual identity.
- Coordinate with the content, marketing, research, and other teams for design requirements.
- Edit and enhance images as required.
- Handle multiple design requirements while meeting deadlines.
- Make revisions and improvements based on feedback.
- Stay updated with current graphic design trends and creative styles.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Canva and other design tools.




- Strong understanding of typography, color combinations, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing creatives.
- Ability to understand design briefs and convert ideas into attractive visuals.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of video editing or motion graphics will be an added advantage.

Experience Experienced Candidates: Candidates with relevant Graphic Designing experience can apply.

Freshers: Freshers with good designing skills, creativity, and a solid portfolio can also apply.

Qualification

Graduate/Diploma/Certification in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred.

Candidates with strong practical design skills and a good portfolio may also apply.

Salary

Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and portfolio.

Freshers: Starting salary ₹12,000 per month.

Freshers will undergo a 3-month probation period. After successful completion of the probation period, the salary will be increased based on performance and skills.

Working Days & Time

Monday to Saturday

9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Weekly Off & Holidays

- Sunday Off
- National Holidays applicable
