Job Overview - GRAPHIC DESIGNER (IMMEDIATE JOINEE)

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design and the ability to create engaging, professional, and visually appealing content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, presentations, and product communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging graphics, banners, social media creatives, and promotional materials.
- Design creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram, websites, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
- Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, presentations, infographics, and company profiles.
- Create visual content to communicate iRecord's products, features, and services in a simple and effective manner.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Product, Sales, and HR teams to understand design requirements.
- Maintain consistency in brand guidelines, fonts, colours, layouts, and overall visual identity.
- Design UI/UX-related graphics, icons, illustrations, and other visual elements when required.
- Create graphics for product demos, announcements, events, campaigns, and internal communications.




- Edit images and basic video content/reels when required.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver work within timelines.
- Stay updated with current design trends, digital content formats, and creative best practices.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Figma, Canva, or other design tools.
- Valuable understanding of typography, colour combinations, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
- Basic knowledge of video editing/motion graphics will be an advantage.
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into visually appealing designs.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic designing.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio and relevant skills may also be considered.
