Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can transform marketing ideas into visually appealing designs for social media, digital marketing campaigns, branding, and promotional activities.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, social media formats, and visual communication, along with hands-on experience using design tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging social media posts, carousels, stories, banners, advertisements, and promotional creatives.
- Design content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Develop creative concepts based on campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and target audiences.
- Work closely with Content Creators, Social Media Managers, Video Editors, and Marketing Teams.
- Create designs for different brands, industries, and target audiences.
- Design festival creatives, promotional campaigns, product creatives, and announcement posts.
- Maintain consistency in fonts, colours, layouts, imagery, and overall brand identity.
- Create multiple design concepts and variations when required.
- Edit and enhance images for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, typography, and visual styles.




- Handle multiple projects and client requirements while meeting deadlines.
- Make revisions based on feedback while maintaining design quality.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Good creative thinking and visual communication skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Valuable understanding of social media design formats and dimensions.
- Ability to create clean, modern, and visually appealing designs.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand a brief and convert it into an effective visual concept.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Canva and Figma.
- Experience working with digital marketing, advertising, or creative agencies.
- Understanding of branding and social media marketing.
- Experience designing for multiple brands and industries.
- Basic knowledge of AI-based creative and design tools.

Experience 1–3 years of relevant experience in Graphic Design.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
