We’re not looking for someone who just knows how to make a poster.

We’re looking for someone who can take a rough idea, a random reference, a founder’s messy thought or a half-finished brief — and turn it into something people actually want to look at.

At Dayone Venture Studio, we build and work with brands across FMCG, wellness, lifestyle and consumer categories.

Your work could go from:

ROUGH IDEA → BRAND → PACKAGING → CAMPAIGN → PRODUCT → MARKET

And yes, sometimes your design will actually end up on a shelf.

WHAT WILL YOU ACTUALLY DO?

BUILD BRANDS

- Create brand identities from scratch
- Develop logos, typography and colour systems
- Build visual languages and brand guidelines
- Create brand assets across different touchpoints

DESIGN PACKAGING

- Pouches, bottles, boxes and labels
- Packaging concepts and mockups
- SKU variations
- Production-ready artwork
- Adapt designs for real-world printing

MAKE DIGITAL CONTENT

- Social media creatives
- Campaign visuals
- E-commerce creatives
- Product launches
- Marketing assets
- Presentations and pitch decks

DESIGN FOR THE REAL WORLD

- Posters and standees
- Brochures and catalogues
- Flyers and event creatives
- Business cards and stationery
- Retail and event branding

Basically, if it needs to look good and communicate something, you might be working on it.

YOU’LL FIT RIGHT IN IF YOU…

- Have a robust portfolio
- Have good visual taste and attention to detail
- Understand typography, colour, composition and hierarchy
- Know how to turn an idea into a visual concept
- Understand packaging and print
- Know your way around Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Have working knowledge of Figma and Canva
- Can work across multiple brands and projects




- Can handle creative freedom without constant hand-holding
- Take feedback well and know how to improve your work
- Can work fast without compromising quality
