Job Responsibilities:

· Develop innovative, event-ready designs for digital and print media, including social media creatives, web assets, brochures, venue branding, and other event collaterals

· Prepare print-ready files for large-scale production, ensuring colour accuracy, bleed settings, and resolution meet vendor specifications

· Create digital creatives including posts, carousels, webpage banners and event screens

· Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately





· Work independently as well as cooperatively with marketing team to meet deadlines, and schedule multiple simultaneous projects based on workload

· Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities

Requirements:

· Exceptional creativity and cutting-edge design skills

· 2+ years work experience

· Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, Canva

· Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· Strong attention to detail

· Excellent communication skills

· Desire to continue building skill set with education and training
